Prize Rules

You must be 18 years or older to claim any FMQ prize.
-
Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any and all taxes incurred on prizes claimed.

No one person or family can win more than two prizes per year.
-
All six prize options will be unmarked. Each Token winner will choose randomly from them when they claim their individual prize during regular business hours (8am-12 and 1-5pm Mon-Fri).

Token prize winners MUST choose their preferred “Festival day” (Thurs-Sun) upon claiming their prize. The first winner gets first pick of days and each following winner, must select from the remaining days. Only one “Horn Blower” and one “Reserved Seating” package will be allowed on each day of the Festival

Proper photo identification (valid driver's license, passport, or a state or military ID) is required to claim any prize.

All prizes are non-transferable. No cash substitution of any prize will be allowed.

As a condition of entry or participation, all participants acknowledge that Salina Arts & Humanities, the Salina Arts and Humanities Foundation, affiliated sponsors, and the media have the right to publicize, print or broadcast the winner's names, photos, personal interviews for promotional or news purposes.

All objects found believed to be a Token or Medallion MUST be physically confirmed by the Quest Coordinator before a prize will be awarded.
